Unfortunately due to a change in the way his image host stopped supporting hotlinking, most of the images on his site are no longer being displayed. With his permission, we have created an archive of this most valuable resource and have hosted the related images on another service. Since these new pages are thread-based, the formatting isn't exactly the same as those on his original site. We have however, taken every reasonable effort to insure the content is true to the original. If you see any errors, feel free to post a reply in the Comments Thread. The pages in the Phostenix sub-board are read-only. Phostenix is not currently a member of this forum so he wouldn't be available to respond to any questions.
