1.What fender amps have you played ? Not sure this is exhaustive, but: Vibroverb, Deluxe Reverb, Twin Reverb, used a Quad Reverb for a drum machine once, Showman, Bassman, Super Reverb, Champ, Princeton, umm...yeah I'm sure I'm missing some. No, though the same Super has lived in my house a couple different times for extended periods over the years, and I had that Vibroverb on loan for about a year. No. I have a California SET5, which I think is based off a champ or something. I kinda hate it the same I hate Fenders, anyway. Well as loud as frickin possible. That Quad was absolutely stupid. Could be heard for literal miles. I'd really rather not. If I'm spending that kind of money, I'll get a Vox. But I'm not spending that kind of money cause I've got plenty of sims.

A Princeton Reverb Reissue is on my wish list. I don't actually need it for anything, I just want it for that clean Fender tube sound. But I haven't got a spare $1000 lying around . . .
I own 2 SS Fenders- a Frontman 25R form the late '90s and a Princeton 65 from the earlier '90s. The 65 has some issues, one channel is noisy, but I got it for free so I can't complain. They both sound OK for SS amps. Good reverb units on both. But I wouldn't say either one is anything special. I don't play either one very much, the Frontman is up at my cabin and I'm only there a couple of days a month usually. The Princeton needs to be cranked up quite a bit to get any life out of it, and I'm usually playing at lower volumes in my basement.
I used to have, many years ago, an old Bandmaster head which was beat to crap and barely worked. I have also played through a vintage Bassman which was wonderful for clean stuff.
