Sorry, cem, hadn't had a chance to look at this yet. I think you're correct that you can just use the upper half of the diagram, but let me take a look in more detail tomorrow, I already steered you wrong once on this a year or so ago!

- I don't know how to share EasyEDA work. MattB once shared some of his own custom EasyEDA drawings, and I still don't understand how! I don't remember how I did it You can right click on a folder and select the >Manage Project >Share option. That takes you to a different site, and then I don't remember what I did. Any symbols you create are searchable in the library if you click on the User Contributed section. I just added a "gnutz2" tag to some of mine- see if you can find them with a search.

cem- OK, to convert the bridge pickup to bypass instead of the phase switch: 1) De-wire the phase switch in its entirety. 2) Green wire from Bridge HB will now go straight to ground. 3) Disconnect orange wire from 3-way switch upper lug and wire it to the right upper lug of the Push/pull 4) Red wire ("hot") from bridge HB is wired to the left Center lug of the push/pull 5) Wire the blue jumper wire just as it is on the neck switch. 6) Wire the second orange wire just as it is on the neck bypass switch

Thanks again newey So this is what i've got. Should i draw a purple wire from the right center lug to the three way switch upper lug, similar to how it is on the neck tone push/pull?

Looks good to me, but another set of eyes never hurts. After all, I drew the thing in the first place, you can get too close to something and sometimes miss a problem.

Looks like the caps are connected to the wrong lug of the tone pots. Everything else seems fine.

Looks like the caps are connected to the wrong lug of the tone pots. Everything else seems fine. Oh alright thank you. I checked out the actual wiring on the guitar and apparently my guitar tech wired it the correct way. But i will fix the diagram anyway. The final final version:

My guitar tech just told me that this wiring does not work. He says the bridge pickup isn't working anymore. newey is there anything that you see on the diagram that could cause this?

No, I don't see any issue with the diagram. Which leaves a bad connection somewhere, or a faulty component, as the only possibilities

cem, Your tech might be correct. But before you do anything else, ask him/her to check the Bridge pickup all by itself. He (or she) should be able to tell you the resistance reading when the pup is disconnected from the circuit. Even before he called you (or did you ask him for a progress report first?), he should've made that measurement immediately upon finding no sound from the pup. If he sounds combative (and not just harried because he's way too busy - there's a difference ), it might be time to seek a new/different tech. HTH sumgai
