I have a 2003 USA HSS Stratocaster with the S1 Switching that currently has a Seymour Duncan JB Humbucker in the bridge that I'm swapping out to a Dimarzio Super Distortion. Will the wiring be exactly the same as the JB that I'm removing or will it be different ? This is my first pickup swap so I just want it to go smoothly.

Hi fender , and to Guitarnuts2 The wiring will be different so make detailed notes on where the different colored wires from your JB are currently connected. A clear photo is also a good idea. Use this table to determine where the new wires go, compared to where the JB connections currently are: Old Wiring
| New Wiring
| Seymour Duncan
| Dimarzio | Black | Red | White | Black | Red | White | Green | Green |
