Yes we have a winner! The much ballyhooed, and even more strongly lamented pages of Phostenix that went missing a few years ago, have found a new home here in The NutzHouse. Thanks go out to several people who made this possible. First in line would be crillev1, who alerted us last year to the fact that the Phostenix site was no longer available, thanks in part due to a massive loss of images. Single-handedly, he kept after us, asking for progress reports, enabling us to have direct contact with Phostenix, etc. Next would be JohnH, who took on a large part of the job to create pages using the ProBoards standards. Converting text and images, and importing those images (nearly 500 of them!) was no small task. Helping John was reTrEaD, who figured out a workable menu/navigation system, one that nearly imitates the Phostenix original, yet is, again, ProBoards compliant. reTrEaD also aided JohnH, in finishing up several of the actual pages, and in arranging an order for the pages to be presented. And certainly not least of all, Phostenix himself was more than kind enough to let us do this, in his name. He and crillev1 had several email exchanges, and never once did he show anything less than 100% patience with us. For that, he gets a free membership here in The NutzHouse! And the rest of the Staff, of course. Well, except for me, your humble Administrator.... I was super busy with an upcoming quilt show, and just couldn't devote more than 10 or 15 minutes a day to anything else. So don't thank me, instead thank the rest of the crew who pitched in to make this happen. And now, the inevitable link to these fabled pages: Phostenix pages reincarnated, The Forward Hope you all enjoy! sumgai

I tender thanks for this too. My meagre attempts to upload original Guitarnuts pages makes me understand the enormity of the task carried out with so much altruism. Respect Guys, Hippy.
