1meg True-Blend Linear Pot

Hi,

Does anyone know of a source for such a beast? I've seen log versions, but not linear.

It's for a volume control idea I've had for along time now. I can make a dual 500K work, but a 1Meg version would be better (I think). Or, a more exotic, 1Meg/500K dual would work well too (maybe even preferable - but sourcing that is asking a lot).

In any case, I'll draw up my idea with something soon and will post it here. It is the idea I'd like to share and see what you all think.

The only source for true-blend pots we were ever able to definitively identify was OEM Fender. I don't know whether they are linear or audio, but I suspect audio. And I have never seen a 500K/1M dual-ganged pot. 500K/250K are available, but I think those are audio taper and not true blend pots either.

I just took a look at the chart ChrisK drew up; it seems to indicate that true blend pots are linear (or at least the ones he used).
