 Is there any reason this would not work with regular humbuckers? It's usefulness is another story, but thought it interesting, havent seen anyone try it. |

Yes it would work
P90 and Rail are in series at some point and humbucker
So it's Series Parallel Inner and Outer
I'm never sure on the colour of the cables myself.

I ended up trying this a while back on a knock-off tele that I installed Hotrails in. Turned out pretty neat.
